Company

fluxer.com is run by Fluxer Platform AB, a Swedish private limited company (aktiebolag) founded in Stockholm in 2025. Hampus Kraft founded the company and is its CEO, its authorized representative and its primary privacy contact.

We're registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office (Bolagsverket) under organization number 559537-3993. These are our VAT numbers.

How Fluxer is funded

fluxer.com is funded by Plutonium subscriptions, Operator Pass purchases and donations, all of them optional. That income pays for running fluxer.com and developing the open source project. We have no venture capital or outside investors.

We don't run ads or sell your data, and our terms of service rule out using your content to train, fine-tune or evaluate AI or machine learning models.

The source code is published under the AGPL, and self-hosting is free, with no license key or reduced edition. You can run your own instance at any time, and we plan to let you move your community to it from fluxer.com later. Members' messages and memberships would be copied only when each member agrees.

Contact

The phone line isn't for account support, and for account help it's best to write to us from the email address on your Fluxer account. The matching @fluxer.app addresses still work and forward to the @fluxer.com addresses above.

Official accounts

Our official public accounts are @fluxer on social.fluxer.com, @fluxer.app on Bluesky and fluxerapp on GitHub. Only accounts listed here or linked from fluxer.com or fluxer.app are official. Other accounts using the Fluxer name aren't ours.

Reddit

Fluxer doesn't run, endorse, moderate or take part in any subreddit. Anything Fluxer-related on Reddit, including subreddits, posts and accounts, is unofficial, and we don't respond to or correct claims made there. We'll revisit this in 2027 or 2028.

EU Digital Services Act: single point of contact

Under Article 11 of the EU Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065), authorities, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services can contact us at legal@fluxer.com, by post or by phone, in English or Swedish.

Under Article 12, users with questions about the DSA can write to support@fluxer.com in any language they like, and a person on our team answers.

Fluxer Platform AB is established in Sweden, in the EU, so it doesn't need to appoint a separate legal representative in the EU under DSA Article 13.

Consumer disputes

If you're a consumer in the EU or the EEA, you can take a complaint about Plutonium or the Operator Pass that we can't settle with you to ARN. ARN is the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden). Its postal address is Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, Sweden, and its website is arn.se.

ARN takes a case only after you've raised it with us, so tell us about the problem at support@fluxer.com first. You can always go to court.

Email safety

Fluxer never asks you by email for your password, full card number, other payment details or other credentials. Official email comes from fluxer.com, fluxer.app or a subdomain of either, such as m.fluxer.com for account emails.

If a renewal needs your bank's confirmation, Stripe, our payment provider, emails you a link on stripe.com that you use to confirm the payment with your bank. If you pay with Pix in Brazil, you also get a receipt directly from EBANX, Stripe's partner for Pix payments. If a message looks suspicious, don't follow its links, open its attachments, reply to it or give it any information, and email support@fluxer.com instead.
