You need to be at least 13 to use Fluxer, or older where your country sets a higher age, as section 1 of our terms says. In some countries the minimum is 14, 15 or 16.

Age-restricted content
You must be 18 or older to access age-restricted content. That includes NSFW channels in communities, communities marked as age-restricted and media our automated classifier flags as explicit, which is blurred or blocked for anyone under 18.
Some regions have extra rules for age-restricted content.
How your age is determined
Right after you create an account, before you can do anything else, Fluxer asks for your date of birth, which is the only thing we ask about your age. We never accept ID.
We compare your date of birth with the minimum age for the country we estimate from your IP address, as section 3.2 of our privacy policy explains. If you meet the minimum but are under 18, your account starts with stricter privacy and safety settings. If you're below it, your account is signed out everywhere, its username is freed and it's deleted after 72 hours.
Reporting underage users
If you believe an account belongs to someone under the minimum age, you can report it. A person on our team looks at each report, and if we have reason to believe the account holder is too young, we schedule the account for deletion. Section 8 of our community guidelines explains reporting, including how we keep your identity confidential.
Appealing a decision about your age
If we schedule your account for deletion because we think you're under the minimum age, you can appeal by emailing appeals@fluxer.com from your account's email. Tell us why you think we're wrong, but please don't send ID, because we never accept it.
Accounts that do not meet the minimum age
If an account belongs to someone who is below the minimum age in their country, we schedule the account for deletion, as section 11 of our privacy policy explains.
If you're a parent or guardian and think your child made an account without your consent or is under the minimum age, contact privacy@fluxer.com from the child's email address. If you write from another address, we may ask you for proof of guardianship.
