Emails about your Fluxer account come from an address ending in @m.fluxer.com, and replies from our support team come from support@fluxer.com.
Our email addresses
We own the m.fluxer.com domain and use it for official emails about your account, like sign-in codes, security alerts and account notices. Older emails may come from @m.fluxer.app, which we also own. Our company information page lists where our email comes from, including payment emails from Stripe and Pix receipts from EBANX.
Fake emails
We never ask for your password or payment details by email, and if an email looks suspicious, don't follow its links and email our support team instead.
