# Is this email really from Fluxer?

Emails about your Fluxer account come from an address ending in @m.fluxer.com, and other official email comes from fluxer.com or fluxer.app addresses.

Emails about your Fluxer account come from an address ending in @m.fluxer.com, and replies from our support team come from support@fluxer.com.

## Our email addresses

We own the m.fluxer.com domain and use it for official emails about your account, like sign-in codes, security alerts and account notices. Older emails may come from @m.fluxer.app, which we also own. [Our company information page](https://canary.fluxer.com/company-information.md) lists where our email comes from, including payment emails from Stripe and Pix receipts from EBANX.

## Fake emails

We never ask for your password or payment details by email, and if an email looks suspicious, [don't follow its links and email our support team](https://canary.fluxer.com/company-information.md) instead.
