# EU DSA dispute resolution options

Report illegal content in the app, on our EU report form or by email. Anyone affected by a moderation decision gets a statement of reasons and can appeal.

The EU's Digital Services Act (DSA) has rules for how illegal content is reported and how moderation decisions are explained. We send a statement of reasons to every user affected by a moderation decision, wherever they are. Everyone can appeal a decision to us, and users in the EU can also take an eligible dispute to a certified out-of-court body.

## Reporting illegal content

Use the in-app tools to report content that breaks our [terms](https://canary.fluxer.com/terms.md) or [guidelines](https://canary.fluxer.com/guidelines.md). In the EU, you can also use [fluxer.com/report](https://fluxer.com/report) for suspected illegal content, and anyone can email [safety@fluxer.com](mailto:safety@fluxer.com). We review every report in good faith and tell you what we decided about the content you reported, as [section 8 of our guidelines](https://canary.fluxer.com/guidelines.md) says.

## Being told why

We send a [statement of reasons](https://canary.fluxer.com/terms.md) to every user who is affected by a moderation decision, whether or not the DSA applies to them, and it explains what we decided and why.

## Appeals

Everyone can appeal a decision free of charge within 60 days, as [section 6.2 of our terms](https://canary.fluxer.com/terms.md) says, and the statement of reasons you get explains how.

You can appeal any decision we made because we found that information is illegal or breaks our [terms](https://canary.fluxer.com/terms.md) or [guidelines](https://canary.fluxer.com/guidelines.md). That includes decisions to remove content, disable access to it or restrict its visibility, to suspend or terminate your account or all or part of your access to Fluxer, and to suspend, terminate or restrict your ability to earn money on Fluxer.

## Out-of-court dispute settlement

If you're in the EU, you can [take an eligible moderation dispute to a certified body](https://canary.fluxer.com/terms.md), after or instead of an appeal to us, and we engage with that body in good faith.

[The European Commission](https://digital-strategy.ec.europa.eu/en/policies/dsa-out-court-dispute-settlement) publishes the list of certified bodies.

Nothing here affects your right to go to court.
