# Does the Operator Pass include Plutonium?

No. The Operator Pass doesn't include Plutonium or any of its features. They're separate, and you can have either one or both.

No. The Operator Pass doesn't include [Plutonium](https://canary.fluxer.com/help/plutonium.md) or any of its features, and it doesn't raise your account's limits. You can have a pass, a Plutonium subscription or both.

## How are they different?

Plutonium is an optional subscription on fluxer.com that raises your own account's limits. The [Operator Pass](https://canary.fluxer.com/help/operator-pass.md) is a one-time purchase that supports Fluxer and comes with a numbered certificate, the Operator badge and a spot on the Operators' wall.

## What about my own instance?

On a self-hosted instance, [every account gets Plutonium's features by default](https://canary.fluxer.com/help/is-self-hosting-free.md), with or without a pass, and the pass doesn't change anything on your instance.

## I have Visionary. What changes?

[Visionary](https://canary.fluxer.com/help/visionary.md) already includes every Plutonium benefit, and it comes with an Operator Pass that you can turn on in settings, under "Operator Pass". Turning on the pass adds what comes with the pass and changes nothing about your Visionary.
